Our Program
Join VAFRE on April 7th for our upcoming lunch program, Accountability Without Burnout: Sustaining High Performing Fundraising, to explore how clear accountability practices can help fundraising leaders reduce unnecessary pressure, strengthen team ownership, and sustain high performance without burnout.
Nonprofit fundraising professionals are deeply committed to the missions they serve, yet the responsibility to deliver results, often with limited time and resources, can create significant pressure. In this engaging and practical session, leadership strategist and executive coach Dr. Candice Hunter will explore how strong accountability practices can reduce unnecessary stress and support more sustainable fundraising leadership.
Through conversation and interactive exercises, participants will learn practical ways to clarify priorities, strengthen shared ownership, and improve team communication, leaving with tools they can immediately apply to sustain high-performance fundraising in mission-driven organizations.
Don’t miss this opportunity to build a workplace culture that sustains both performance and people.
Pending approval for CFRE credit.
